If you’re looking for a REAL costume, skip the chain stores and head to Joker’s Wild–they’ll hook you up. Sure it’s more pricey, but you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a Raggedy Andy costume prefixed in a plastic bag, then stick with Wal-Mart. ”

The staff was helpful and friendly. The dressing rooms were clean, well lit andhad long mirrors. Parking in the small plaza was annoying, but it was Halloween Eve. The quality of the costumes was consistent with similiar items priced higher at mall halloween stores.”

“I just bought my costume ensamble today at Jokers Wild in North Reading. I bought several unique( not junk plastic) pieces of jewelry to go with my outfit at very reasonable prices. I like the earrings so much, I will wear them again in real life! The prices are the same as other costume stores with better quality merchandise. They had everything to complete my costume for about $65, costume, good wig, big chunky necklace, bracelet, earrings. It took about 30 minutes, my time is worth it. I saved on gas; didn’t shop arround. Don’t miss the real theatrical makeup section. They have it all. Happy Halloweeeeeeen! Ps. The people who work there know their stuff.”

“Okay so first off I would like I say I have gone to Jokers Wild for many years for costumes etc. Always a wide variety and such great help. But on a different note . . I would like to send many thanks to the owner carol who helped my mother to find a wig. My mom is going through chemo right now and she had gotten a wig through the cancer center that cost 350$! ( that’s about what is charged at those places… Money makers) and the wig didn’t stay in great shape and was hard and frustrating for her to manage and she was frustrated and upset . She just felt down all around. Anyways we went into jokers wild because I remember them having an enormous selection of wigs . The owner helped my mom find this adorable wig that she adores that was only 28.99!!! Carol was so insanely helpful and so sincerely kind hearted.. She has no idea how she touched a woman who is going through such a hard time finding her way through this tedious process called chemo. My mother felt so comfortable with herself again. Thank you Jokers Wild! We will forever be loyal customers to your store :)! There are great people out in this world and Carol is one of them!”
